- A Zedtreeo account contact replies within one business day to confirm the brief (role, tool stack, hours, time-zone window). Within 48 hours of a confirmed brief you receive 2–3 pre-vetted candidates; you interview, pick one, and the 5-day free trial starts on real work. No payment details are needed until you sign an engagement order after the trial.
- What should I put in the brief?
- The role and the outcome you need, the tools the person must already know (e.g. QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, Kareo, React), weekly hours and time-zone overlap, and anything the first month must deliver. A rough job description is fine — we send a scoping question list back if anything is missing.
- Is there any cost or commitment at this stage?
- No. Requesting a shortlist, interviewing and the 5-day trial are free and card-free. Rates are published on the Rate Index (from $6/hour, $1,056/month full-time); you pay only after signing a month-to-month engagement order.
- Can I request more than one role?
- Yes — tick every role you need. Multi-role requests are scoped as a team (see the team bundles) with a team lead and one invoice; each seat still gets its own 5-day trial.
- Who will I be contracting with?
- LegelpTech Outsourcing Pvt Ltd, the ISO 27001:2022 certified operating company behind Zedtreeo (or Legelp Services LLC in the US where agreed in writing). NDA and IP assignment are in place from day one; staff are employed and paid locally, so you take on no foreign payroll or classification obligations.
