Zedtreeo is a remote staffing brand. By default, LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited, incorporated in India (CIN: U82990DL2025PTC446352), acts as the data controller. Depending on the nature of the engagement, Legelp Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating under the registered trade name "Zedtreeo" (1021 E Lincolnway Suite #6596, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA), may act as the contracting party and data controller, as identified in your Master Service Agreement or otherwise agreed in writing.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit zedtreeo.com (the "Site") and use our remote staffing services (the "Services").

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out contact forms, request a consultation, sign up for our Services, or communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, country, and details about your staffing requirements.

In the ordinary course of providing our B2B Services, we do not intentionally collect categories of "sensitive personal information" as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), such as government-issued identifiers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, contents of mail or messages, genetic data, or biometric data. Account credentials (if you create a portal login) may constitute sensitive personal information; we use these strictly for authentication, never for inferring characteristics about you.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.We may, however, "share" certain information as defined under the CPRA — specifically, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising via analytics and advertising cookies (see Section 10 for your right to opt out).   • Service providers who assist us in operating the Site and conducting our business (hosting, analytics, CRM, email, scheduling, payment processing). These providers are bound by contract to use information only for our instructed purposes.
  • Remote professionals we match with you, limited to information necessary for the engagement.
  • Group entities, including our operations partner Grow More Hitech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U51101DL2009PTC194853), strictly for delivery of contracted services. All group entities are bound by equivalent confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Legal authorities when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or legal process.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case the acquiring entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy or an equivalent successor policy.

5. Data Security

Zedtreeo's services are delivered under ISO 27001:2022 certified information security controls (Certificate No. SCC/2509LU/2933, valid through September 2, 2028, issued by QFS Management Systems LLP, accredited by the Standards Council of Canada, an IAF member), held by LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited. We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, least-privilege provisioning, and regular internal audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze site traffic, and personalize content. Cookies fall into the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (authentication, security, load balancing). Cannot be disabled.

We respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30 days under GDPR; 45 days under CCPA with one optional 45-day extension).

Authorized agents: California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf. The agent must provide written, signed permission from you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us before fulfilling the request.

8. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the data controller is the Zedtreeo entity identified in your Master Service Agreement — LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited by default, or Legelp Services LLC where so agreed. We process personal data under the following lawful bases as defined in Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • Consent — for non-essential cookies, marketing emails, and other optional processing.
  • Contractual necessity — to provide the Services you request and perform our agreement with you.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services, prevent fraud, and conduct B2B outreach in line with applicable laws. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance our interests against your rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests from public authorities.

9. International Data Transfers

Our operations are based in India (LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited) and the United States (Legelp Services LLC, Cheyenne, WY). Your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in India, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate.

When we transfer personal data of EEA, UK, or Swiss data subjects to a country that has not received an adequacy decision from the European Commission, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914), supplemented by additional measures where required following the Schrems II decision.
  • UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs, where applicable.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

This section applies to California residents and supplements the rights described in Section 7. For California residents, the relevant business entity is Legelp Services LLC (DBA: Zedtreeo), 1021 E Lincolnway Suite #6596, Cheyenne, WY 82001, unless your MSA specifies LegelpTech Outsourcing Private Limited as the contracting party.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect, Use, and Disclose

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information about California residents:

  • Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, device identifiers)
  • Customer records (company name, job title, billing details if applicable)
  • Internet or other electronic network activity (browsing history, interaction with the Site, cookies)
  • Geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address — not precise)
  • Professional or employment-related information (your role, company, hiring needs)
  • Inferences drawn from the above to understand your preferences and likely needs

Sources include: directly from you, automatically from your use of the Site, and from analytics/advertising partners. We use this information for the purposes described in Section 3 and disclose it to the categories of recipients described in Section 4.

13. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We do not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR or comparable provisions in other jurisdictions. All decisions that materially affect you involve human review by our team.

14. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with applicable legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
