Why firms outsource production

The US AEC talent crunch is real.

US architecture firms face a persistent shortage of skilled drafters and BIM technicians — open seats sit unfilled for months, and senior architects end up redlining production work instead of designing. Outsourcing your drafting and CD production lets your in-house team stay on design and client relationships, while a vetted production team absorbs the volume. You scale capacity up or down per project — no recruiting, no payroll overhead, no idle headcount between phases.

What we produce

Production support across every stage.

From early schematics to stamped permit sets and as-builts — mapped to your project phase.

SD

Schematic Design

Concept floor plans, massing studies, preliminary elevations, and area calcs to test the design intent quickly.

DD

Design Development

Coordinated plans, elevations, sections, and core details as the design firms up — in Revit or AutoCAD to your standards.

CD

Construction Documents

Full CD sets: dimensioned plans, wall types, details, schedules, and sheet coordination ready for bidding and construction.

Permit

Permit Sets

Code-compliant permit drawings tuned to your AHJ — IBC/IRC, ADA, and local amendments, with comment-response redlines.

As-built

As-builts & Conversion

Record drawings, redline corrections, and AutoCAD → Revit / BIM model conversion from PDFs, scans, or legacy DWGs.

BIM

3D / Revit Models

Parametric Revit models, families, and BIM coordination — LOD-appropriate models you can keep developing in-house.

How it works

From brief to drawings in 4 steps.

Start with one free trial drawing — no obligation. NDA available before you upload anything.

1

Send project & files

Share your brief, sketches, or markups — and upload DWG/RVT/PDF/ZIP files (or request an NDA first).

2

Free pilot drawing + quote

We produce one drawing free to prove quality, then send a fixed, itemized quote with no obligation.

3

You review

Check the trial drawing against your standards. Request changes — revisions are part of the process until it's right.

4

Scale

Run it as a one-off project or embed a dedicated Revit drafter on your team. Scale up or down by phase.

🔒 NDA available before upload. Request a mutual NDA in the form and we'll sign before you share a single file.

Pricing

Save ~50–60% vs US in-house.

Three flexible engagement models. Pick what fits the project — or start with a free trial drawing.

Per sheet

from $25/sheet

Predictable, deliverable-based pricing for defined CD and permit sets. You know the cost before we start.

Hourly

from ~$18/hr

Flexible support for redlines, revisions, and ad-hoc production where scope evolves.

Dedicated Revit drafter

from ~$2,000/mo

A full-time drafter embedded on your team for ongoing pipeline — your tools, your standards, your hours.

Free trial drawing

See the quality before you spend a dollar. Send us one drawing — we produce it free, then quote the rest with no obligation.

Why architects trust us

Production muscle, engineering rigor.

🛠️

Backed by a deep engineering team

Our production engine is the same team that has delivered 600+ KNX and Crestron automation projects — disciplined, detail-driven execution applied to your drawings.

Multi-stage QA

Every set runs through an ISO-style quality process: standards check, code review, and a second-pair-of-eyes QA pass before it reaches you.

🔒

NDA & data security

A mutual NDA is available before you upload anything. Secure file transfer, access controls, and confidentiality on every project.

🇺🇸

US-code & AHJ fluency

Drawings produced to IBC/IRC, ADA, and your jurisdiction's local amendments — built to clear plan review, not just look right.

🕔

Overnight turnaround

Time-zone advantage means production happens while your office sleeps — send at end of day, review progress the next morning.

Truly white-label

We're invisible to your clients. Your name, your standards, your title block. We never reach out to anyone in your network.

Request Drawings

Send us your project.

Tell us what you need and (optionally) upload your files. We'll send a free trial drawing and a fixed quote — typically within 24–72 hours. You keep design control; your name goes on the drawings.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions.

How do you protect our NDA, IP, and client confidentiality?
A mutual NDA is available before you share any files — just request it in the form and we'll sign first. All work is white-label and confidential: we never contact your clients, your name stays on the drawings, and files move over secure transfer with access controls. Uploaded files are stored only as long as needed to complete your project and are then deleted.
Which US codes do you work to?
We produce drawings to the International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), and ADA accessibility standards, plus your jurisdiction's local amendments and your AHJ's permit requirements. Tell us the code edition and jurisdiction and we tune the set to clear plan review.
What software and file formats do you use?
Revit (RVT) and AutoCAD (DWG) are our primary tools, and we also work in SketchUp and ArchiCAD. We accept DWG, DXF, RVT, RFA, PDF, ZIP, SKP, and PLN files, and deliver in your preferred format with your title block and CAD/BIM standards.
What's your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround depends on scope, but rush delivery is typically 24–72 hours. Because our team works in a complementary time zone, you can send work at the end of your day and see progress the next morning.
How does pricing work?
Three models: per sheet (from $25/sheet) for defined deliverables, hourly (from ~$18/hr) for evolving scope, and a dedicated Revit drafter (from ~$2,000/mo) for ongoing pipeline. Most firms save ~50–60% versus US in-house production. Every engagement starts with a free trial drawing and a fixed quote.
Do you compete with us or contact our clients?
No. We are a white-label production partner only. We never market to, contact, or take on your clients, and we don't offer architecture or design services to the public. You hold all design authority and client relationships; your name and stamp go on the drawings.
How do revisions and redlines work?
Revisions are built into the process. You review each deliverable against your standards and send markups; we incorporate them until the drawing is right. Redline correction and permit-comment response are standard parts of our CD and permit-set work.
Can we start small to test quality?
Yes — that's exactly what the free trial drawing is for. Send us one drawing, we produce it at no cost, and you evaluate the quality before committing to anything. From there you can run a one-off project or embed a dedicated drafter.
