Do I need to install anything?
The HRMS, billing, and admin tools are fully web-based — no install. Activity monitoring uses a lightweight, optional desktop agent that employees can see and that admins configure per role.
Is employee monitoring configurable and privacy-respecting?
Yes. Screenshot capture is optional and configurable per role — cadence, blur, or fully off. Monitoring is employee-visible by default. You decide how much, or none at all.
What currencies and exports does billing support?
Invoices support multiple currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD and more) with per-client rate structures, and export to QuickBooks, Xero, or CSV.
Who operates the platform and where does data sit?
It's operated by LegelpTech Outsourcing Pvt Ltd, an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified company. Data sits inside an independently audited information security management system.
Can I see my own team in the platform?
Yes — your dedicated client portal shows your assigned staff, their activity and tracked hours, and your invoices, in real time. Access comes with your engagement.
Do teams need separate chat or meeting tools?
No — the platform includes built-in team chat (1:1 and group, with presence and unread counts) and audio/video calls with screen sharing. Calling follows the reporting line, so employees reach their manager or HR in one click, and work communication stays inside the same secure, ISO 27001-certified environment as everything else.
How much does it cost?
Nothing — the platform is included with every Zedtreeo engagement. It is our internal operating layer, not a product we sell: when you hire a dedicated team member, the client portal, time tracking, and billing visibility come with them.
